TheAdStop.com Inc., a free-to-use Internet advertising directory provider, announced this week they will launch TheAdStop China with HK-based WebUnion Media, Ltd. The site is set to launch in April and will target the China, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
TheAdStop.com, Inc. signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Hong Kong-based WebUnion Media, Ltd. (www.webunion.com), China's leading Internet banner advertising network, allowing WebUnion Media, Ltd. to partner in the operation of TheAdStop China.

...WebUnion (www.webunion.com) is a Chinese-language system with more than 3,000 members registering more than six million views a month. WebUnion accepts corporate and personal sites but expects them to be of professional quality and have rich content to maintain the quality of sites being advertised by members. It offers a range of services from free to commercial.
Outside of the portal arena, WebUnion may be doing the most to encourage future e-commerce between the US and China. Founded in April 1997 and based in Hong Kong, WebUnion has taken the approach of becoming essentially an online advertising agency for clients wanting to reach a Chinese audience, whether in China or elsewhere.

"WebUnion has increased our click-through numbers by over 500%," says Darryl Earl, marketing manager at the Adelaide Institute of Technical and Further Education.
