With WebUnion's FREE banner exchange services, each member website's banner and link will be displayed on thousands of other Chinese language sites. In return, every member will place a section of HTML code on its page to allow display of a banner and link to another member each time the page is viewed by a user.

The network was launched in April 1997. As of 1st September 2000, WebUnion has a membership of over 15,000 web sites and is displaying over 50 million banner impressions every month.
